Field Hire Charges

 

Flat Work Arena - £5.00 per horse per hour

 

Show Jumping Arena - £8.00 per horse per hour

Field Hire Rules:

 

● Field hire is for THRC MEMBERS ONLY.

 

● The field will be available for hire most days unless it is closed for field maintenance or show preparation.

 

● Please book at least 24 hours before you require the field;if you have any doubt about the field condition please phone Gail Oliver. Also, keep an eye on our Facebook page and website for field hire updates.

 

● All riders must be accompanied by a responsible person. YOU MUST NOT BE ALONE. Parents must make the booking for Junior Members, who must be accompanied by a parent, Senior Member or instructor.

 

● Do not use the show jumping arena for flat work or grid work.

 

LUNGING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE FIELD.

 

● Anyone misusing the field or equipment will not be allowed to hire the field again. They may have their Club membership cancelled and will be refused future show entries.

 

● Please report any breakages so they can be repaired. You will not be charged.

 

HIRING THE CLUB FIELD IS DONE SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. THRC ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY.

 

WHEN YOU LEAVE PLEASE MAKE SURE BOTH GATES ARE CLOSED AND LOCKED, ALL POLES AND CUPS ARE OFF THE GROUND.

 

DO NOT SWEEP TRAILERS AND LORRIES OUT ONTO THE FIELD.
